Bird Grooming in Delran, NJ

Grooming is an essential part of bird care. It improves more than just a bird’s appearance; grooming can have a significant impact on health and well-being. Wild birds will typically get their beaks and nails worn down throughout their daily lives, but parrot grooming and bird nail trimming can help maintain their beak and nails at an appropriate length. Additionally, if you choose to trim your bird’s wings, it’s essential to have it done correctly. Otherwise, your bird might descend too rapidly or uncontrollably, causing distress and potential injuries.

At Todd Marcus Birds Exotic, we offer an array of bird grooming services for any type of bird you may own. Grooming includes your bird’s nails, beak, and wings; however, if you prefer to have your bird flighted, just let us know. If your bird still has blood feathers coming in on their wings, we will also be unable to trim until they have grown out.

All of our services, including our bird nail trimmings and a comprehensive bird rehoming service, are available at our Delran, NJ, location during our regular business hours (9:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday-Saturday, and 10:00 am – 5:00 pm on Sundays). No appointments are necessary, but we ask that you call before you arrive to make sure we have a groomer present.
