Return To Peace Tea

Directions for use:

\nCold-brewing: Add 1 teaspoon of tea to every 8oz of cool or room-temperature filtered water. Seal container with lid and leave at room temperature or refrigerate for 8-12 hours. Strain off solid components which can be added to fresh foods so as not to waste tea leaves, flowers, herbs, etc that have been steeped.

\nHot Brewing: Add 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of tea to every 8-10 ounces of hot (never boiling) water. Always allow to cool to room temperature prior to offering. Some individuals may need it diluted as they become accustomed to the taste of the tea blend being offered.
